Plingere impotriva Jandarmeriei care a folosit gaze lacrimogene August 2018

Mai jos este textul plingerii de am trimis simbata dimineata. De cititi tot, gasiti si link la plingerea corecta.
 
Pentru mine, vinovati nu sunt Carmen Dan ( o retarda care va face puscarie oricum ), sau Speranta Cliseru ( alta retarda , care va fi scuipata pe strada toata viata ei ).
 
Pentru mine sunt vinovati sefii Jandarmeriei. Nu va ascundeti dupa deget. Aveti mijloacele sa recrutati pe cei mai buni. Si stiinta ( ziceti voi ) sa-i antrenati.
 
Rezultatele se vad daca dai ocol guvernului in timpul protestelor : tigani burtosi batausi, curve reciclate in jandarm, sportivi prinsi ca s-au dopat si pentru care marea mama Jandarmeria gaseste un loc caldut unde sa dea cu tomfa fara sa fie pedepsiti. Pe banii mei.
 
Un fel de gardienii publici de la inceputul anilor 90, leprele alea din armata , cu burta si bani multi, care nu stiau sa faca nimic.
 
Ati cazut la examen cind ati intors armele impotriva poporului si ati dat cu gaze in oameni nevinovati.
 
Ati scuipat pe haina militara. Ati incalcat propriile voastre coduri etice.
 
Jandarmeria Romana trebuie desfiintata. Ca exemplu.
 
 
 
Model de plingere rizibila scris de mine. Abia astept sa imi spuna ca nu o iau in considerare pentru vreo neconformitate administrativa, ca voi da in judecata exact politistul ala.

In fapt, in seara zilei de 10 august 2018, in locul denumit Piata Victoriei, s-au folosit gaze lacrimogene de catre Jandarmeria Romana impotriva populatiei pasnice, fara preaviz .

Very bad experience with Expedia, hotels.com and Madalina Postelnicu, the head of Customer Care at Expedia Romania

Update July 5th, 2018

As I got no response from Expedia Romania ( none whatsoever , in 3 weeks) I had to call Expedia US ( these guys know all about customer service! ) and I have got the names and number of  several  managers of Expedia Europe ( they seem to cover the Balkans as a separate region ). Just wrote them and we will see if Expedia is faster now. A case like this would have been impossible in Canada ( nor the US ) , but it seems standards are different in Eastern Europe. In the mean time, I loose revenue. Expedia, hopefully you are fast.

Very bad experience with Expedia, hotels.com and Madalina Postelnicu, the head of Customer Care at Expedia Romania

DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE TO EXPEDIA!

I am still in awe and waiting for a response. I’m a partner to them ( meaning my bnb supplies the product they want – hotel rooms ).  In fact, I was a partner to them until oine week ago…and due to unilateral termination of contract from them, this is history.

Their treatment is bad and their attitude is unprofessional.

It all refers to them not charging the credit card of a customer they provided, nor passing the credit card details, nor referring the problem to a supervisor. 

They will try to make you feel uncomfortable for not clicking THAT option, for not clicking another option or by simply suggesting you what you should have done. In any way, or in any lenght of conversation, they will not refer the problem to a supervisor.  

Actually, the supervisors will refuse to talk to you ( I overheard them in the call-center ).

Customer service, respect, good attitude with Expedia, Hotels.com, Hotels.it or Madalina Postelnicu ( Market Associate Eastern Europe, Expedia Group ) , the only one from whom I was able to get an email and a name ? Not a response, do not actually expect a response from Madalina, you will not get it.

Hopefully someone from Expedia will read this ( sooner or later ) and will want to respond to complaints no :  61639327 , 62446305 62851939 , 62674179

This is to acknowledge that your request/suggestion on ‘Call center experience’ with comments ‘Itinerary Number: complaints no : 61639327 , 62446305 62851939 , 62674179, Message: Dear Expedia, I am one of your partners, meaning a hotel in Buzau, Romania and I am writing to complain about the behaviour of your Romanian customer service treating partners. Especially Vlad and Madalina Postelnicu. Madalina Postelnicu terminated my contract with you. This is after I have badly treated by your employees Gergana ( I believe she is Expedia Bulgaria ), Vlad ( Expedia Romania ) and Madalina Postelonicu. All I have asked these people is to speak to a manager. Please refer this email to the competent supervisor, and NOT to Madalina Postelnicu. ‘ is received by www.hotels.com.

Parcarea pe locul de handicapat – drept sau necesitate ?

M-am inflamat la povestea cu Manuela Harabor care a parcat un Jeep frumos pe locul rezervat handicapatilor, dupa care a chemat “comunitarul” sa-l goneasca pe Dide care o filma. Filmarea, explicatii si versiunea dcnews  aici , daca are cineva curiozitate.

Nu puteam scrie mai bine decit Dan Jiga: , care ducea de colo-colo oameni cu Skoda lui batrina, ca sa faca un bine societatii :

“Și ajung o dată la un loc pentru cei cu handicap, cu un prieten cu handicap locomotor, ocupat de un nene de gen tanti actrița. Omul meu mere în cârje. Dăm și de ocupant, care îmi spune că nu am abțibild de handicapat. ”

Si eu am un var cu handicap, si eu am ochelari de schimbat , buletine de refacut, carduri de sanatate de facut , etc. Dar nu mi-a trecut niciodata prin cap sa-mi iau abtibild, si nici sa ma bag, precum gaina , in fata. Daca Manuelele Harabor nu o faceau, poate cozile mele erau mai scurte.

PS. Dide nu e userist, din ce stiu eu pina acum. Se pare ca nici nu stia cine e Manuela Harabor. Eu stiam cine e Manuela Harabor, pentru care aveam o simpatie enorma de cind am vazut-o cu titele goale in Padureanca prin ’88, si pe care o plingeam pentru cum se lupta ea cu autismul lui fi-su.

Dide e un nebun care face ceea ce trebuia generatia mea sa faca in anii ’90.

Nu faceti banking cu Banca Transilvania!

Deja ii fac plingere lui BT pentru nerespectarea directivei 92/2014 ( cea cu bancarizare saracilor ) . Vreau sa-mi scot banii de la ei si sa nu dau comision. Explicatiile sunt din cele de copii, si la ghiseul bancii ( cum ca Directiva a fost data ca sa bancarizeze pe toti cetatenii UE , etc – asta stiam si eu ) , dar pe aia care sunt deja bancarizati …de ce sa nu-i ardem daca putem ?

Explicatiile sunt de Kafka ( am urmat calea normala, ghiseu, call-center, telefon la CSALB. ). Concluzia este ca trebuie sa astept 30 de zile sa-mi raspunda BT ceva. Ca sa pot continua procedura de plingere.

Réponse officielle d’Auchan Roumanie/ Immochan Roumanie au cas d’une aggression verbale de la part d’un directeur de mall ( Auchan Vitan a Bucarest )

Le cas a été décrit ici et fait référence a un groupe de personnes qui ont acheté des cadeaux pour les membres d’un asile prés Bucarest. A la sortie du mall ( Auchan Vitan ) ils ont été agresses verbalement par un employé d’Auchan qui s’est recommandé “directeur de gallerie ). Jour : 22 décembre 2017.

Suite a l’article de 10 janvier  j’ai été contacte téléphoniquement ( 11 janv. 2017 ) par la représentante d’Immochan Roumanie, Ramona Grozavescu.  Les idées générales de la discussion ont été que :

  • il y a deux bras de la même organization, Auchan Roumanie ( les hypermarchés ) et Immochan ( le bras immobilier ) .
  • Mon courriel de 23 decembre  a ete envoye a contact@auchan.ro qui est le bras hypermarché.
  • La collègue qui s’occupe de la communication au cadre d’Auchan Roumanie ( bras hypermarchés ) est en vacances . Madame Grozavescu me répond des qu’elle a vu ma communication, 1 jour après.
  • Il y a un seul “collègue” employé a Immochan Roumanie qui surveille plusieurs “galléries”.
  • Ce collègue est stressé.
  • Peut-être ses “skills” de communication ne sont pas les meilleurs.
  • Il nous a confondus avec des “associations” qui viennent dans leurs “galeries” avec un cahier pour demander des donations
  • Pour la prochaine fois quand on veut acheter chez eux on est pries d’annoncer la direction . On nous suggère fortement, en effet.
  • Il y aura une enquête interne en ce qui concerne le Monsieur impoli, mais pour raisons de vie privée on ne peut pas avoir droit a une réponse a part  les excuses de Madame Grozavescu.
  • Tout ceci a été confirme par email le 19 janv. par Madame Grozavescu.

Ce que je comprends jusque maintenant c’est que chez Auchan Vitan ( Bucarest, Roumanie ) on peut aller acheter de la marchandise , on paye avec de l’argent, mais on risque de se faire agressé verbalement par un employé d’Áuchan Immobilier ( Immochan ) . On n’aura pas droit a une explication cohérente.
